I recently rented a skid steer from Hendershot. Francisco was an amazing help and provided great customer service. We moved from out of state and it was refreshing to have the customer service that was provided. I will definitely be coming back to Hendershot anytime I need heavy equipment rental. I truly wish it would allow me to select more than 5 stars. I am a new and small contractor here in stephenville. I have used hendershot rentals with Francisco quite I few times since I have started and he in fact goes above and beyond to help me out. Pointing me in the right direction on what machine/attachment will help me the most in the specific situation. His response to phone calls in office/ personal phone are great. If he misses you call he will in fact call you back. He has helped me out quite a few times in a pinch. I will 100% back hendershot rentals and continue to be a regular customer there! My experience has been nothing but spectacular!
