I recently rented a skid steer from Hendershot. Francisco was an amazing help and provided great customer service. We moved from out of state and it was refreshing to have the customer service that was provided. I will definitely be coming back to Hendershot anytime I need heavy equipment rental. Thank you again Francisco for your help

I called several rental companies and am so glad I decided to go with Hendershot in Stephenville. The customer service, rental options, price, and flexibility could not be beat. I highly recommend working with Francisco for any of your rental needs!

I truly wish it would allow me to select more than 5 stars. I am a new and small contractor here in stephenville. I have used hendershot rentals with Francisco quite I few times since I have started and he in fact goes above and beyond to help me out. Pointing me in the right direction on what machine/attachment will help me the most in the specific situation. His response to phone calls in office/ personal phone are great. If he misses you call he will in fact call you back. He has helped me out quite a few times in a pinch. I will 100% back hendershot rentals and continue to be a regular customer there! My experience has been nothing but spectacular!

We bought a Case TR310B from Hendershot in Stephenville. From sales to service they are top notch outfit. David Halford was a great salesman. There was no tire kicking trying to nickel and dime. He was fair, price was great, and stands by his end of the bargain. As for their service department Kevin is a phenomenal. Really does go the extra mile to keep you informed of progress and does his best to get you in and out. One of their mechanics Abel that we’ve had work on our machine is great as well. Quick, thorough, and informs you of what he’s done. Real in person customer service is something the world lacks these days but these guys are there in person ready to help. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
